Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Adelaide, SA

Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures. What You Will Do

  • Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
  • Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
  • Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
  • Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
  • Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
  • Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
  • Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
  • Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.
  • Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.
  • Experience coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project-based activities.
  • Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices.
