Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.- Implement & support to ensure the effective and timely resolution of all in house system and business application such as SAP ERP.
- Work with project managers and users to define application requirements, locate viable solution alternatives, implement, test, and support the selected solution.
- Convert system requirement into software architecture and design documentation.
- To assist user with problem resolution and escalate appropriately.
- To prepare training and users materials for training purposes
- Work with group DT or DXC on any required modification or workaround solution & data conversion.
- Document solutions to problems regarding standard applications and record them in the DT knowledge base and ensure proper filling.
- Provide and maintain written documentation of business application procedures.
- Troubleshoot & support level 1 whenever there is any issue escalate to level 2.
- Adhere to all company’s regulations and policy from time to time.
- Take responsibility for project meetings with several departments and support the culture of cross team working.
- Communicate effectively within the team, with other teams and across the authority.
- Report on such performance, management, and operational information as requested by Immediate Superior or HOD.
