The Role You'll Play

You're a wordsmith who loves turning complexity into clarity. As an Associate Technical Writer, you'll help shape how our customers and teams learn, navigate, and succeed with our tools. Collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience, you’ll help bring consistency and ease to everything from implementation guides to knowledge base articles. If you're energized by learning fast, writing with purpose, and creating content that actually helps people, this is your moment.

  • Write clear, helpful content that guides both internal teams and customers
  • Support the structure and organization of our Knowledge Base to ensure it’s intuitive and on-brand
  • Partner with subject matter experts to document software and process updates with speed and accuracy
  • Help evolve our content standards and documentation style to match a unified voice and tone
  • Analyze content for clarity, consistency, and usability
  • Index and categorize information so users can find what they need, fast
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address documentation needs for self-serve tools
  • Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to every project
Experience You Bring
  • 1+ years writing technical content, standard operating procedures, or help documentation
  • Familiarity with knowledge base platforms and best practices
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, synthesize information, and write with clarity
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Proactive, self-directed, and energized by solving problems
  • Passion for delivering helpful, accessible information that makes people’s lives easier
  • A love of learning, tech, and supporting others in learning too
