What You'll Do:
As an Associate Technical Writer, you’ll gain insight into everything we do, with guidance from your assigned buddy until you're fully onboarded. You’ll be integrated into agile teams to perform tasks such as:

Create clear, concise, and user-friendly product documentation that explains complex software functionalities to a non-technical audience.

Work closely with UX designers to produce product UI copies that are tied to the company’s guidelines and best practices.

Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and product managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Actively seek out information and work with subject matter experts to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of documentation.
Who You Are:

Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.

Technical Prowess: You're tech-savvy and passionate about complex IT topics.

Agile and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and capable of adjusting strategies on the fly to meet project needs.

Investigative Mindset: Possess a journalistic spirit with a proactive approach to gathering information and integrating seamlessly into agile team dynamics.

Desired Educational Background: Degree in IT, computer science, or a related technical field is preferred.
Technical Skills and Experience:

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.

JavaScript skills are a strong advantage.

Prior experience in technical writing (documentation or UI copies) is also a strong plus.
