You come from a care background, and that experience is essential for this role. You’re warm, friendly and confident speaking with people. You enjoy helping others and you’re comfortable supporting customers over the phone, by email or through chat. You care about getting things right and you’re keen to make a positive difference every day.
You’re someone who brings a calm, thoughtful approach, even when things get busy. You’re curious, willing to learn and happy working in a team that supports each other.
 
Day-to-day, you will:
 
• Provide clear, friendly customer support through chat, telephone and email.
• Help customers get the most out of our software by guiding them through their questions and resolving their queries.
• Keep our case management system accurate and up to date by recording, solving or escalating queries as needed.
• Promote the Access Customer Success Portal and support customers with registration.
 
Your skills and experiences might also include:
 
• Experience using care rostering or care planning systems.
• Good communication skills and a positive, constructive approach.
• Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A calm and professional style when supporting customers.
