Associate Technical Support Engineer

Job Location: ITPL Bangalore

Required Experience: 2 years

Job Description 

Skill Set: L1 Support, SLAs, Ticketing Tools (preferably Service Now / Jira), knowledge on ITIL Process, Unix and SQL is good to have

Job Description Skills and Experience:

  • Experience from previous customer support / Technical support role is necessary.

  • Technical knowledge is required for this position.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in Linux/Unix.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products.

  • Understanding of databases and ability to create and use basic SQL to query the database.

  • Decent knowledge & experience in programming and scripting is preferred.

  • Ability to understand and use various in-house and commercial tools.

  • Ability to work in close relationship with other departments within the team.

  • Working in shifts required.
