Associate Technical Solutions Specialist

The Opportunity
The Technical Solutions team at Euna Solutions owns the integrations and reporting that connect Euna Budget Pro to the financial systems governments and public sector organizations already run on. In this role, of Associate Technical Solutions Specialist you will design and build SQL-based ETL integrations and custom SSRS reports directly with customers, while growing into cloud migration and modern reporting tools like Power BI. If you want to own real delivery work on a product that makes public sector budgeting more transparent and efficient, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Build SQL-based ETL integrations that exchange data between Euna Budget Pro and third-party systems
• Design and develop custom SSRS reports in collaboration with Implementation Managers, Consultants, and customers directly
• Create custom data views for use in in-product dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or other external reporting tools
• Manage multiple integration and reporting implementations concurrently, from design through delivery
• Support cloud migrations from customer on-premise installations to the Azure platform
• Serve as a second-tier escalation point for the Application Support team, drawing on your growing knowledge of the Euna Budget Pro system

What You Bring

• You have hands-on Microsoft SQL development experience using SQL Server Management Studio and/or Azure Data Studio
• You have built ETL integrations with third-party systems using SQL
• You have worked with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), ideally using Visual Studio Report Projects
• You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, including directly with customers

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server optimization or Microsoft Azure configuration and management
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar modern reporting tools
• Knowledge of single sign-on technologies such as ADFS, LDAP, SAML, or Windows Authentication
• Background in municipal, healthcare, or education technology

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $70-85,000
