Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage feature, O&M, and defect backlogs
- Collaborate with technology team to determine the appropriate implementation to meet product feature requirements
- Map feature requirements into user stories and assist with the refinement of the features. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design & document process flows, use cases, screen prototypes, interface changes, data requirements, and/or other applicable changes required to support product roadmap
- Lead Design Review meetings to review the details of the documented design and an overview of the business requirements the solution meets
- Lead discovery, grooming, and refinement calls
- Define features, user stories, and defects; manage in Rally through release
- Work as the liaison between the Product team and Engineering Delivery Team(s) to build a portfolio backlog and PI plan
- Define iterations, sprints, and manage Rally updates
- Review and accept finished project work that meets acceptance criteria
- Participate in feature demonstrations, sprint reviews, and PI planning
- Work with Technical Writer to document Release Notes and Help Guides
- Act as an SME to answer internal and customer questions; reviewing/testing possible defects
- Communicate with cross functional teams for dependencies and risks
- Participate in Sprint Review sessions; communicating completed work and coordinating product demos
- Support training KT for new enhancements
- Oversee EPS maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure system stability, defect resolution, and adherence to annual legal and security requirements
- Prioritize and manage backlog including regulatory, compliance, security mandates, and small customer-driven enhancements
- Act as the coordination point across teams to manage production issues, regulatory readiness, and ongoing system health
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Pharmacy experience
