Leads and mentors Power BI and reporting-tool developers and data analysts. Designs, develops, deploys, and optimizes advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, DAX measures, and data models for large datasets. Partners with stakeholders to define business questions and KPIs, understands end-to-end architecture, and ensures data security and governance compliance. Requires extensive Power BI experience, SQL, Power Query, relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL expertise, with strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Power BI / other Reporting tools e.g. Tableau, OBIEE etc.) Developers and Data Analysts.
- Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Build complex DAX measures, manage data modeling, and optimize performance for large datasets.
- Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key business questions/KPIs and should be able to understand End to End Architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 12 + years of relevant experience in the Power BI domain, often with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M)
- Data Skills: Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau) or Azure technologies is a plus.
