What you will do
We are a trusted partner in remote surveillance and an established player in the security market. To strengthen our team in Brussels, we are looking for a System Support Engineer to support operations of our Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre (MARC).
How you will do it
Provide comprehensive technical support for the Monitoring Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Install, configure, and support new technologies and system enhancements.
Contribute to continuous performance improvement initiatives across the department.
Allocate and coordinate internal and external technical resources.
Maintain clear and regular communication with management regarding technical topics and progress.
Coordinate and support data protection compliance activities.
Ensure technical support services meet corporate and company standards.
Support technical projects within defined budgets and timelines.
Maintain a secure and organized working environment (“clean desk” policy).

Required
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
In‑depth understanding of networking.
Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English, and intermediate French.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.
Responsible attitude and time flexibility.
Preferred
Knowledge of the electronic security industry and relevant industry certifications.
