Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Recommends audience approach to deliver on business needs
Manages team building audiences for use in insights, plans and potentially direct activation (Insight team members or IDC)
Elevates data to deep, actionable insights, resulting in identification of audience needs
Provides specific recommendations to the Strategy, Planning, Activation and Analytics teams, making sure the audiences and insights are as impactful as possible
Builds relationships with clients to ensure insights are solving for business challenges
Collaborates with the Analytics, Planning and Activation teams to ensure the learning agenda is set up to measure the audiences properly
Is the voice of insights for new business engagements
Drives thought leadership internally and externally
