Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders, sourcing top talent, and delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source quality talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, renege rate, etc.).
Drive diversity hiring initiatives and support employer branding activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–6 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT as applicable).
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with ATS or recruitment tools preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
