Associate T&CI Specialist
Location: Vilnius

As an Associate T&CI Specialist, you’ll support our Transformation & Continuous Improvement (T&CI) and Knowledge Management teams. You'll help enhance process resilience, support effective knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across JMGS. Your work will directly support smarter operations and a cleaner, more sustainable future.

The role:
As an Associate T&CI Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining Knowledge Articles and process documentation for finance, procurement, and JMGS topics.

  • Supporting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Assisting with process mapping and optimization efforts, aligned with BPMN 2.0 standards.

  • Providing user support and training for SharePoint and the Celonise Process Management (CPM) platform.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Foundational knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and interest in process analysis.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
