What you’ll achieve
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will help provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams throughout the sales process, from customer needs analysis to project scoping and solution design.
You will:
•Serve as trusted advisor to customers, partners and teammates by performing effective discovery of technical and business requirements
•Think creatively to design data center solutions that encompass the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio
•Have a passion for learning the Dell Technologies data center infrastructure portfolio, competitive offerings, general IT changes and customer and industry trends
•Leverage tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, web conferencing and white boarding

Essential Requirements
•Demonstrated technical aptitude in a field such as engineering, computer science, business, math or applied sciences
•A passion for problem solving and a bias towards innovation
Desirable Requirements
•2 - 4 years of related experience
•Bachelor’s degree
•Some experience in relationship selling

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $96,050 - $124,300, which includes base salary and commissions.
