Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Systems Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise applications and systems across Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting applications, servers, data interfaces, and vendor products in a large-scale IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Perform system analysis, technical documentation, and application troubleshooting.
- Support applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
- Work with multi-platform server environments across multiple projects.
- Conduct system design, business information flow analysis, and develop technical specifications and use cases.
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
- Maintain defect lists and support remediation and testing activities.
- Support application change management and application interfaces.
- Install and upgrade vendor products in Windows and Linux environments.
- Support batch data loads and application integrations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- 2+ years of experience with Windows/IIS Servers
- 2+ years of experience with Linux/Red Hat Linux
- Hands-on experience supporting firewall-protected applications
- Experience supporting batch data loads and application interfaces
- Experience installing and upgrading vendor products in Windows and Linux environments

- 2+ years of experience in application systems analysis, technical analysis/documentation, application change management, and application testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Services, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
