The Production Support Analyst is a key member of the GWAM Operations Production Support team. The function reports in to the Manager, Production and Project Support. The GWAM Operations Production Support team is a front-line support area for the Operational business units, provides back-end administrative support to the MMF Operational line of businesses. Major part of the role includes responsibility to represent the MMF Operations in the activities related to iFast system, such as production issues, system releases, maintenance support, ad-hoc requests, i.e. activities that require knowledge of iFast system and business processes that reside on iFast.

  • Production Support responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Support the Operational teams with production problem resolution through root cause analysis and creative thinking
  • Bring inconsistencies and trends in problems to the attention of Operational management
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Manage regularly scheduled system error reports
  • Support business and systems projects for testing or support-specific tasks
  • Flexible shifts and overtime may be required to meet business deadline

Skills and Competencies

  • Understanding of the GWAM organizational structure  - Must
  • Proven knowledge of Investments MMF product line and processing  - Must
  • Experience with the iFast system, understanding of the core business processes that reside on iFast - Must
  • Strong analytical aptitude, desire to do research and apply learnings to effectively support business needs - Must
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Technically inclined and experienced with creating reports in a variety of platforms, i.e. Excel, Crystal Reporting. Power Automate/PBI
  • Practical experience working in the environment of changing priorities and multiple concurrent tasks
  • Self-driven strong team player, able to work with minimal supervision and assuming responsibility independently
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationship with business and technical partners
