Role:
Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Supply Planning Manager to support initiatives aimed at enhancing Delivery Speed and Customer Experience (CX). This role is ideal for someone with around three - four years of work experience in project management and a passion for driving improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery speed and customer experience.
- Contribute to identifying and executing high-impact projects with innovative solutions.
- Analyze data and feedback to help inform project decisions and actions.
- Help create and maintain project documentation, including charters and scorecards.
- Support communication with stakeholders across various business units on project updates and changes.
- Program manage new initiatives such as hyperlocal and quick delivery
- Capacity planning & data management at a node level
Skills and Experience:
- Around 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets (advanced level)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like R or Python is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
