Your Job: 
As the Associate Supply Planner, Market Supply Planning, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Supply Planning team by owning the purchase order and distribution order execution and tracking process. Additionally, you will support reporting on and actioning of out-of-stocks (OOS) within the supply network, and will partner closely with Logistics, Distribution Centers, International Regions, Factories, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand. You will support the team’s shared goals to drive planning accuracy, inventory optimization, profitability, factory utilization, and delivery precision across the seasonal planning horizon.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase order creation process, inclusive of breaking down system generated recommended purchase orders to the size level and entry into ERP system
  • Manage regional distribution order creation process, inclusive of the collection and consolidation of the distribution order recommendations by truckload, entry into ERP system, and entry into WMS of the origination warehouse
  • Oversee the purchase order auditing process. Ensure factory provided production schedule reflects all placed purchase orders in the ERP system and partner with factories on issue resolution. Create Footwear Master PO Tracker and execute ERP PO updates including revisions to pricing, ship date, and delivery method
  • Establish, review, and maintain pricing agreements in ERP system, ensuring the accurate assignment of applicable duty and freight for standard cost structure
  • Support development, implementation, and organization of departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Compile and summarize OOS data by warehouse as part of the weekly S&OE process
  • In accordance with air freight policies, support the execution of air PO adjustments to mitigate OOS.
  • Order supplies for the DCs such as boxes, tissue, sock liners, and shoelaces
  • Coordinate Second Grade orders including SKU creation and purchase order submission
  • Own the seasonal sample process; sample SKU creation, preparing, consolidating, and placing purchase orders, as well as coordinating, receiving, and ensuring placement and delivery are executed in accordance with the sample schedule, working cross-functionally with a team of regional partners to ensure sample calendar milestones are achieved
  • Provide relevant information of planned sample inventories to applicable departments as necessary, identifying and informing the Distribution Center of inactive sample inventory for destruction or outlet release
  • Support Supply Planners with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process and purchase order release of select styles, reviewing weekly inbound product delivery schedules to validate shipment methods and troubleshoot any issues, communicating daily with planners to understand objectives and priorities
  • Participate in Continuous improvement projects according to team priorities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or combination of experience
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory management required
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong organizational skills: the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and an analytical, investigative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $28.57 - $40.02 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
