Support execution of supply planning (MRP) activities for an assigned Finished Goods portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely updates in ERP systems
Monitor inventory positions and supply plan execution to support agreed service levels and customer requirements
Analyze planning data and key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service level, delivery performance, inventory health)
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment between plans and execution
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to supply planning processes, data quality, and standard ways of working.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Strong command of Microsoft Office: Advance Excel skills is a must - including pivot table, advanced features and macro understanding. Good command of PowerPoint
Understanding of inventory management, service levels, lead times, and capacity considerations.
Fluency in English
Preferred
Approximately 1–2 years of experience in supply, demand, or production planning or within a broader supply chain role (internship experience may be considered)
Experience supporting Finished Goods Operations and/or contract manufacturing (OEM/CM) environments
Exposure to advanced planning solutions (APS) or integrated planning tools such as SAP IBP - would be an asset
Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP) or equivalent. - would be an asset
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland: zł96.500 - zł160.900 PLN Annual
