Location: South Plainfield, NJ

Shift: M-F 9am-5pm

How You'll Make an Impact

The Associate Study Manager acts as a liaison between our diverse customer base and our extensive lab team, providing a fast-paced learning environment for the scientist who wants to enter the booming genomics market on our fun team. What You'll Do

• Subject matter expert on next generation sequencing (NGS) services as provided by Azenta Life Sciences. 
• Participate in cold customer direct phone calls and chat, as well as scheduled teleconferences.
• Communicate project requirements and status with both customers and internal teams.
• Provide support to Sales team regarding our various services
• Coordinate sample management between clients and the laboratory
• Supervise and manage customer accounts and projects
• Work along with Sales and Marketing on promoting services and solutions
• Work with various internal teams to provide customers with superior pre-sale consultation, project management and after-sale technical support
• Must be onsite at least 4 days per week to support in-person team collaboration.

What You'll Bring

• BS in Biological Sciences required
• Experience with NGS platforms
• Strong background in Next Generation Sequencing both wet and dry lab preferred
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
