Associate, Strategy

We are on the search for a Strategy Associate to join our growing team. You will work closely on our existing products and new initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape our product and direction and see your work have a real-world impact. 

This is a full-time position working a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite NYC and 1 day remote).

• Analyze and synthesize data, information and knowledge from external sources into compelling insights-driven, fact-based reports

• Partner with senior leaders in developing plans to address business and partnership opportunities

• Document, review, and conduct independent research regarding existing and potential business relationships

• Lead the development and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to key external stakeholders, including sponsors, schools, and partners. This includes conducting in-depth research, creating tailored presentation materials, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition, product offerings, and strategic vision to drive growth and foster long-term relationships

• Drive pipeline growth through strategic lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing activities to identify and engage potential partners and users

• Contribute and participate in a wide range of company initiatives, ability to “wear many hats”

• Other projects, as assigned

• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills 

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadline pressures

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others

• High level of interpersonal and emotional intelligence, including the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels both internally and externally

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

• Compensation range: $70,000 - $80,000 / year. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, we will consider various job-related factors in determining the offer.
