Role Summary -
As an Associate in Strategy & Operations, you will drive high-impact projects for the leadership team that shape Sprinto’s growth. You will critically analyze business performance, improve internal processes, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple functions. This high-ownership role requires you to think independently, move fast, and execute effectively to deliver high-impact outcomes. This role is for you if you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and improving things.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?
- Work on cross-functional projects that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability across the company.
- Build and refine financial models, business cases, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Dive deep into business challenges, break down problems, and find structured solutions.
- Optimize internal processes to improve execution speed and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance to drive key initiatives.
- Assist in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance tracking across functions.
What are the key requirements of the role?
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup (Founder’s Office, BizOps, etc.).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Ability to think through problems from first principles and develop logical, actionable solutions.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and can drive projects independently.
- An understanding of SaaS metrics and business models is desirable but not required.
