Role Summary and Impact

In this entry-level role, the Associate, Strategy, Italy, will support the strategy team in conducting market, brand, and consumer research. Under continuous supervision, the candidate will assist in gathering data, analyzing trends, and translating insights into foundational materials for media planning. This position offers a strong learning path to understand communication strategy development and integrated media planning.

Skills and Experience

  • Support the team in conducting desk research, competitor analysis, and market monitoring to identify consumer insights.
  • Gather audience data using proprietary and public tools, learning to map target growth segments and consumer journeys.
  • Assist in preparing slides, documentation, and reporting for annual planning and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with activation and planning teams to gather data for strategic updates, working under direct supervision.
  • 0-1+ years of experience in media, communication planning, or advertising (internships in media or creative agencies are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of qualitative/quantitative research tools (e.g., GWI, Mintel, Statista) and fluent in English.
  • Strong curiosity, rapid adaptation to change, and proactive interest in learning media strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, showing high attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Basic interest and proficiency in leveraging new technologies and digital tools (including AI) to support daily research tasks.
