QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree preferred or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is preferred (Bullhorn, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.)
- Financial acumen and excel experience are required
- Experience working with Global Financial customers
- Baseline knowledge of World Wide Technology
- Baseline knowledge of Professional Services and outsourcing/managed services/partner led engagements. Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry a plus!
- Baseline knowledge of IT/Technical industry a plus as well
- Able to educate resources and customers on WWT reach back and culture. This includes the WWT IML, Platform/ATC, Command Center, Udemy, Mentors, etc.
- Build knowledge around WWT technical offerings outside of Strategic Resourcing including Application Services, Consulting Services, LaaS, Infrastructure Services, Supply Chain, etc.
- Ability to present the WWT Go-to-Market presentation from the heart
- Encourage resources and customers to utilize our reach back and support via the Platform, ATC labs, white papers, articles, videos, SME/mentors, training library, etc. Have the ability to explain each support mechanism and promote it within your team.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $69,200-$86,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
The ASEM will take the functions of The SR SSA, SSA is assigned to every Services Internal Request (IR) and manages opportunities through the full solutions development lifecycle — from intake and discovery through proposal delivery and client handoff. SSAs are accountable for solution quality, pipeline accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, SC&E teams, and the GSO/SRC.
- Manage and execute all Strategic Resourcing (SR) Internal Requests (IRs) within Salesforce from assignment through completion.
- Own the administrative workflow for SR opportunities, ensuring all required fields, documentation, and approvals are complete to progress the deal.
- Coordinate with Sales, SR Operations, and SRC/GSO to collect all necessary information and documentation required to successfully develop, progress, and win opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to gather and validate key inputs for SOW creation, including scope, roles, pricing, duration, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the creation, revision, and readiness of Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with opportunity details.
- Collaborate directly with Regional Strategic Resourcing Senior Managers to facilitate SOW review and validation before submission.
- Ensure the appropriate Regional SR Senior Manager is engaged for final review to confirm SR can support the proposed engagement.
- Incorporate feedback from SR Senior Managers into final SOW versions and ensure all required updates are completed before approval.
- Drive IRs and associated SOWs through all required stages, ensuring timely progression across SR Operations, SRC/GSO, and final approval.
- Track and follow up on outstanding items required to move opportunities forward, including missing information, approvals, and documentation.
- Maintain organization of all deal artifacts, including SOWs, quotes, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of financial concepts, including pricing structures, margin validation, and basic financial analysis required to support SOW accuracy and deal alignment.
- Ensure all opportunities adhere to Strategic Resourcing process, governance, and compliance requirements before being progressed or closed.
- Provide visibility and status updates to internal stakeholders on IR progress, SOW readiness, and deal status.
- Serve as the primary coordination point for administrative aspects of SR, including collecting all documentation like Work Orders
- Build relationships with Regional SR Senior Managers to ensure consistent alignment and efficient SOW review processes.
- Support deal progression activities including prelims, extensions, and renewals from a process and documentation standpoint.
- Ensure all work is structured and documented in a way that allows Regional SR Senior Managers to efficiently review and approve engagements.
- Continuously identify process gaps or inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve the SR pre-sales administrative workflow.
Business & Process Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities across various stages and solution areas.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Partner Management, and delivery organizations.
- Understanding of SoW development, margin requirements, and low-margin approval processes.
- Comfort with escalation pathways, including complex deal desk engagement.

- Serves as the primary Services PoC to both Sales and Solution Intake Teams — strong interpersonal skills required.
