ShopMy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate, Strategic Creators. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and growing ShopMy’s network of top creators — those with the greatest potential to drive GMV and brand equity on the platform. You will work closely with every member of the Strategic Creators team to ensure newly onboarded creators activate quickly and achieve early success on ShopMy.
Your performance will be measured by GMV driven within the first 45 days of a creator’s lifecycle, reflecting your ability to engage, educate, and empower strategic creators to generate results early on. Your Impact to the Role:- Support onboarding and activation for new high-potential creators, ensuring they understand ShopMy’s platform, earning opportunities, and best practices.
- Drive early GMV performance by engaging directly with creators during their first 45 days on the platform.
- Build and manage creator touchpoints, including welcome communications, product education, and performance check-ins.
- Track creator performance metrics, surfacing insights and opportunities to accelerate activation and growth.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and creator tracking systems to monitor onboarding progress and early lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with Creator Experience, Creator Growth, and Marketing to develop resources and campaigns that support early creator success.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on creator conversations to improve onboarding content, tools, and messaging.
- Continuously test and refine strategies that increase early creator engagement and GMV performance.
- Guiding creators through their first steps on a new platform and helping them quickly find success.
- Rolling up your sleeves to drive early performance — especially during the critical first 45 days.
- Building thoughtful, high-touch communication moments that make creators feel supported and confident.
- Digging into creator performance data to spot trends, opportunities, and where an extra nudge can make a difference.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of professional experience in partnerships, creator success, operations, or account management at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or SaaS company
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate creators
- Organized and proactive, with excellent follow-up and project management abilities
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking performance and surfacing insights
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes ownership of results
- Passion for the creator economy and understanding of how creators monetize their influence
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with BI or analytics tools a plus
Bonus Points:
- Enterprise/SaaS/Cloud industry experience
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing space
This position's base salary starts at $75,000 and has an uncapped commission component.
Preference for candidates located in key creator markets: LA, NYC, Miami, Dallas, Nashville

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
