We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our Post Market Product (FingerTip Formulary Team) in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on ever-growing market access field. This is a detail-oriented role which focuses on research, data entry and analysis of formulary data and restrictions policy data. This role requires extreme accuracy, a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology or other applicable and related fields
- Market Access/Managed Care/PBM workflows experience
- Advanced computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in written and spoken English
As part of Formulary Research, key responsibilities include:
- Research, review, interpret and enter formulary data efficiently and accurately for all therapeutic drug classes for Commercial, PBM, Commercial Medicaid, State Medicaid, and Medicare plans via company websites, published materials and formulary databases on a cyclical or monthly schedule
- Perform primary and secondary health plan research
- Collaboration with team for plan changes and formulary updates
- Validate formulary data entered by the Formulary Researchers accurately according to guidelines set forth by the Director of Formulary Operations, report all discrepancies and review practices with appropriate researcher
- Assist in the training of Formulary Research team as necessary to ensure sufficient background knowledge of drug information
About the Team
Hands-on exposure to the conduct of market assessments pertaining to US Healthcare. As a part of the job, we research and review coverage information, medical policies, prior authorization criteria, and restrictions research for all major therapeutic classes for Medicare, Commercial, Medicaid, PBM plans via Payer/PBM websites.
Hours of Work
- 45 hours in a week, working days Monday to Friday, working hours 12PM to 9PM IST, Hybrid working mode.
