Job Description: Job Title: SAP SD (O2C) Data Migration Functional Expert
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience: 5+ years (SAP SD - Order to Cash with SA LE)
About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong exposure to order to cash process to support data migration for a large-scale end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation project. The role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders, leading SAP teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions for data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with project team to understand the migration activities, prepare the migration strategy and migration plan.
- Review and build migration templates and train the business user to fill the data in the templates.
- Assist the business team in extracting master and transaction data, preparing upload files, and ensuring all required data is accurately captured for a successful data migration.
- Drive functional and technical discussions with client project teams during discovery and design workshops - Establish strong credibility and trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Reviewing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), High-Level Solution Designs, and Detailed Design Documents
- Provide data migration guidance and oversee quality across one or multiple projects
- Leverage technical understanding and debugging knowledge to support issue resolution and complex integrations
- Collaborate effectively with distributed and remote teams across different geographies
- Research, analyze, and resolve complex issues under tight timelines and project pressures
- Experience and knowledge in retail processes will be an added advantage
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, with strong exposure to SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
- Experience leading data migration project for OTC module
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation
- Strong expertise in OTC, STO, Third-Party Sales, EDI, and SD-LE integrations
- Good understanding of SAP integration touchpoints with other functional modules
- Ready to relocate to Malaysia for 2 3 years
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly to meet aggressive project deadlines
