The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for the functional oversight of SAP SuccessFactors modules across both national and international projects. This role ensures the technical viability of implementations, from initial concept through to system configuration.
Nagarro's SuccessFactors Consultant will:
- Support project teams in developing concepts and architectures for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.
- Perform necessary configurations within SAP SuccessFactors in line with project concepts.
- Engage in customer workshops, contributing to and documenting outcomes.
- Innovation Specification Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to detail desired innovations and new release functionalities.
- Prepare and conduct customer demonstrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Exhibit a high level of customer orientation, service orientation, and business acumen.
- Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill set.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- 3+ years of professional experience with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is desired but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
Additional Information
This is a virtual role but may require 10% - 60% travel.
