REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including automation for web applications
- Knowledge of Investment Management: financial products, portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and compliance regulations
- Expertise in Cucumber, SpecFlow, and TestComplete with JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in defect management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working with clients
- Strong ability to create dashboards and provide insights on test execution, coverage, and status
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, GIT, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools
- Skilled in designing and executing automated tests using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, TestNG) and tools (UFT, TOSCA, Katalon Studio, Appium, Protractor)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze requirements and ensure software meets functional and non-functional expectations
- Create test plans, strategies, and test cases; estimate efforts and assign tasks
- Design and develop automated testing frameworks; implement best practices
- Identify, report, and track defects; prepare test reports and metrics
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
- Participate in retrospectives to improve testing processes and resolve issues
- Conduct demos and client interactions for requirement validation
- Investment Management-specific responsibilities: validate business logic for investment products, verify portfolio calculations, reconcile trade lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
