Job Description

  • Manage Intake Process (Support/Issue Requests): Provide direct support to the product owner by managing and resolving support and issue requests.
  • System Management & Administration: RBAC/permissions management, AD Group management, various system configurations.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements and are ready for deployment.
  • End User Training: Create and deliver comprehensive training documentation and materials to ensure end-users are well-equipped to utilize new tools and systems.
  • App Rollout / Deployment Coordination: Coordinate the deployment of applications and hardware on the production floor, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
  • User Insights, Experimentation & Support Requirements Gathering: Support the Product team in making informed decisions based on a deeper understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to ensure alignment to business objectives, support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 8  years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, product documentation, device configuration/testing, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software (e.g., MS Tools, Asana, ADO).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
