Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in a mix of agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for IT and technical roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting Team Lead to understand IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for a range of IT positions (software engineers, system admins, cloud architects, etc.) and senior non-technical roles (delivery, PMs, BAs, POs...)
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience, including a combination of agency and corporate roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of US visa types
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and conduct Boolean searches.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on quality hires and meeting hiring goals.
