About the Role
Owns the employee lifecycle - onboarding, transitions and offboarding - blending empathy with execution so every touchpoint reflects our culture, efficiency and care. You will partner with HR Business Partners, IT, Workplace and Finance to deliver accurate processes and experiences that keep employees confident, connected and supported from Day 1.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from pre-boarding to post-joining assimilation, with accuracy, compliance and a strong Day 1 experience.
Run orientation sessions on mission, culture and structure, and coordinate with IT, Workplace and HR on Day 1 readiness.
Facilitate assimilation programmes - new-joiner connects, check-ins, buddy programmes and milestone feedback.
Maintain a feedback-driven onboarding framework, using HR automation, AI-assisted drafting and self-service chatbots to cut manual effort and turnaround.
Manage offboarding end-to-end, from resignation to last working day, tracking timelines and process steps.
Coordinate clearance across IT, Finance, Workplace, HR Shared Services and reporting managers through to completion.
Issue exit documentation (resignation acceptance, relieving and experience letters) accurately and on time, and prepare and validate final settlement inputs for payroll within cut-offs.
Conduct exit interviews where applicable, capturing feedback and attrition trends to inform retention.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data across HRIS and onboarding platforms.
Support lifecycle transactions - confirmations, internal transfers and related documentation.
Ensure compliance and audit readiness through timely updates and report validation.
Generate MIS and dashboard reports for reviews, using automation to streamline recurring outputs.
Drive site-level engagement, culture-building, celebrations and recognition that reinforce belonging.
Track engagement metrics and feedback to spot trends, using analytics tools to speed up sentiment analysis.
Partner with the HR Business Partner on lifecycle initiatives, pulse surveys and location-level interventions, providing on-ground operational support to employees and managers.
Work with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Workplace to ensure smooth, accountable process delivery.

Skills
- HR Tools proficiency: Hands-on experience with Darwinbox, Fresh Services and MS Suite.

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding or generalist roles, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
