Associate/Sr. Associate - O2C Order Management (German) - 12 Month Contract
Key responsibilities for O2C Order Management Analyst
- The primary role of the O2C Order Management Analyst is to ensure accurate and compliant order processing, credit note processing and reporting
- Effectively monitor and resolve all sales orders & sales interface issues
- Track and report key performance indicators and metrics related to order management performance, such as order accuracy, processing times, invoicing, deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Building the relationship with the affiliate teams via regular operational meetings
- Support global/regional O2C projects
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to optimize the order management processes and systems.
- Support the overall O2C team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cross team cover and training of new team members
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in O2C, ideally in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP S4Hana
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
