About the Role
Responsibilities
- Handle dispute processing activities across chargeback lifecycle stages
- Monitor dispute queues and ensure SLA adherence
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution tracking
- Maintain dispute reports and operational trackers Settlement & Reconciliation:
- Perform daily settlement reconciliation activities
- Validate settlement reports and identify reconciliation breaks
- Support repayment reconciliation and transaction validations
- Coordinate with finance and partner teams for issue resolution GL & Operational Support:
- Assist in GL accounting support activities
- Perform operational validations and reporting
- Support audit, compliance, and operational governance requirements
- Monitor operational exceptions and escalate issues proactively Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain operational MIS and reporting dashboards
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and process controls
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of payment operations and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage operational tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Skills:

Experience and Qualification
- L1 (Associate): 1-3 years of relevant operations experience
