About the role
As an (Associate) Specialist, Web Analytics & Tracking, you will enable data-driven decision-making across QIAGEN’s digital ecosystem and global marketing initiatives. Working within the Marketing Analytics, Research & TechOps team, you will analyze customer journeys, digital touchpoints, and campaign performance, while helping ensure reliable web tracking and effective use of web analytics technologies.
In this role, you will act as a key contact for Adobe Analytics, web tracking, dashboards, and digital performance insights. You will partner with marketing, digital, IT, and external vendors to improve data quality, translate business needs into tracking requirements, and turn web analytics findings into actionable recommendations.
Your responsibilities
- Be the go-to-person and analytics advisor for web analytics proactively analyzing customer journeys, digital touchpoints, and campaigns to surface actionable insights
- Own and enable the effective use of Adobe Analytics, hands-on helping users with self-service reporting, as well as deliver requested dashboards, and reports
- Translate business needs into requirements and work with tracking developers to implement, test, and validate tracking; ensuring reliable, data capture for new website features
- Identify and drive improvements in web analytics, tracking quality, reporting, and journey optimization in collaboration with marketing, digital, and IT
- Manage Adobe Analytics vendor interactions, including support requests, issue escalation, usage optimization, and drive contract renewal or adjustments
- Identify, own and drive projects to bring our web analytics, tracking and journey optimization to the next level and engage in cross-functional projects
Your profile
- University degree (or final-year student) in a business, marketing, technology, sciences or similar field, Master’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, web tracking, or a related role
- Experience with web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics, is a strong plus
- Good understanding of web analytics concepts and web tracking concepts – Basic JavaScript, HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, very good English and good excel skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn in an international environment.
