Associate Specialist, Strategic Programs

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment and selection process for our GSMG and GWES talent management programs, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate databases.
  • Assist in planning and executing onboarding and orientation activities for program participants, ensuring a smooth integration and positive experience.
  • Oversee and manage the logistical aspects of the GSMG & GWES talent programs to ensure that participants have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Gather feedback from program participants, analyze program data, and prepare reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide support to program participants, addressing inquiries, guiding them through program requirements, and ensuring their overall success and satisfaction.
  • Assist in program administration tasks, including maintaining participant records, organizing evaluations or assessments, and managing program budgets or resources.
  • Maintain and monitor the organization's compliance learning initiatives
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Position Qualifications :
Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field or Highschool diploma or GED with 3 years' experience in program or project management or organizational type of roles.


Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with program participants, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for talent development and building strong programs that contribute to organizational success.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$62,000.00 - $97,600.00
