As an Associate Specialist – Quotations, you will assist in developing proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and proposals for some larger contractors, ensuring day-to-day inquiries are taken care of 
• Work with tight deadlines. 
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. 
• Utilize the CAPP DII programs and EECOL University website. 
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, working individually and as a team. 
• Maintain a high level of service to existing customers and suppliers. 
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures. 
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. 
• Perform other duties as required. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with EECOL, including knowledge of Counter Sales, Order Desk and Quotations. 
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
