Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at KBR, where we're currently hiring an associate specialist to join our materials management team based at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) facility in Anniston, AL. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in materials management for our overhaul operations on the AGT1500 turbine engine. Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyzes and implements warehouse plans that may affect production, distribution, and inventory or finished products to enhance product flow.
• Supports inventory monitoring and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery time and order fill rates.
• Supports project tracker and collaborates with all team members
• Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports
• Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers
• Provides activity and status reports to management
• Performs all other warehouse duties as assigned to support the program.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment.
• Heavy lifting duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• US citizenship
• Must have a valid social security card, driver’s license, and birth certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field with no experience. In lieu of formal education, at least 4 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Prior material handling experience
