Job Description Summary
Customer Delivery Europe is at the center of the Mastercard Europe organization and serves as a key point of contact between Business Units, Operations, Technology, and Global Product teams.
The Customer Implementation Services (CIS) group operates in a customer-facing environment, supporting the launch of new and existing products and services from an implementation perspective.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates, offering the chance to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client engagement, and the payments ecosystem. The team delivers both standard and more complex implementation activities, ensuring high-quality service, supporting customers through their onboarding journey, and contributing to the successful launch of solutions in the market.
Role:• Support end-to-end project execution throughout processing implementation projects.• Assist in gathering and documenting customer requirements and related implementation activities.• Contribute to customer implementation projects in the electronic payments domain, following global project coordination methodologies.• Guide customers through applicable Mastercard processes, rules, and documentation with support from more experienced team members.• Help identify and collect required documentation (contracts, agreements, forms, etc.) from customers.• Support the coordination of multiple implementation activities in parallel within a dynamic environment.
All About You:
Education:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge / Experience:• Basic understanding of information technology concepts, systems, or networks (academic experience is sufficient).• Exposure to project work during studies, internships, or coursework is an advantage.• Interest in the payments industry, fintech, or digital ecosystems.• Familiarity with payment processing concepts is a plus, but not required.
Skills / Abilities:• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills independently.• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions.• Customer-oriented mindset.• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Languages:• Fluent English• Additional European language is a plus
