This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday - Thursday 10am - 8pm, Friday would be 10am - 6pm, and Sundays would be 4pm - 8pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ordering product
  • Running partial reports and ordering alternate products as needed
  • Managing the owes batch, ordering what is needed and communicating with the pharmacy for updates
  • Reviewing prepack schedules and ordering when needed
  • Moderate work experience within the Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing functions
  • Daily communication with pharmacies regarding various parts of inventory and ordering
  • Some work is completed without established procedures
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others
  • Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy environment
  • 6+ months of experience in Procurement/Purchasing/Sourcing
  • 6+ months of Project/Leadership experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).   • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
