As an Associate Sales Solutions Consultant, you'll embark on a journey to learn and grow in the dynamic world of sales and technical consulting. With a foundational understanding of our company's products and services, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team by assisting in pre-sales and post-sales activities to support client acquisition efforts and ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction. This role will provide you with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to team projects while executing tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.

The impact you'll have:

  • Participate in coordinating the setup and management of data in 'demo' accounts, which are simulated versions of our software used for sales demonstrations. You'll also train reps to use these demo accounts effectively during discovery calls.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the library of technical product features and functionality specifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement and product development teams to develop product training plans and assets. These could include training materials, online courses, or interactive demos. You'll also assist in leading training sessions for the sales teams to enhance their product knowledge.

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a sales support, pre-sales, or technical consulting role; exposure to K-12 education software sales is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the willingness to learn and grow in this aspect.
  • Strong technical acumen and an eagerness to learn and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate professionally in various formats.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to address client challenges effectively while seeking guidance or approval for more complex decisions.
  • Organized, analytical, and adaptable, with the ability to contribute to team projects and goals while executing tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a keen interest in achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Developing understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies (MEDDICC and Sandler preferred).
  • Interest and willingness to travel for industry events, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
