Associate Solutions Consultant

The Role: 

Carrot Fertility is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Associate Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. You will serve as a plan design, product, and service offering expert for the Commercial team. This is a highly collaborative role that interacts with all facets of Carrot’s business.

The Associate Solution Consultant:

• Has a deep understanding of how all facets of the plan design work together, including compliance considerations, and can thoughtfully craft solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Serves as a collaborative partner across all sales channels and subject matter expert in all parts of the product.
• Supports Senior Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects, as needed. 
• Provides on-demand deal support for SMB and MM Account Executives via weekly office hours.
• Partners with the implementation team to support customer/partner implementations.

The Team: 

The Solutions Consulting team at Carrot Fertility is a close-knit group of passionate experts who are dedicated to continuous learning and growth. They collaborate with every department at Carrot to ensure the creation of a plan design that meets the client's needs and aligns with Carrot's products and values.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to travel 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting sales of similar size and scope to Carrots target opportunities
• Experience selling to HR buyers 
• A passion for problem-solving and finding the best-fit solution

Compensation: 

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $110,000.00 - $115,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
