As an Associate Solution Marketer at 4flow management, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our supply chain solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Solution Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness, engagement, and growth through effective campaigns, research, and communication.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing innovative B2B solutions, thrives in a dynamic and international environment, and enjoys working cross-functionally to bring complex offerings to life in a simple and compelling way.
Support market research efforts to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including messaging, content development, and lead generation activities.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of internal and external communications for new and existing solutions.
Help maintain and improve marketing assets such as solution brochures, presentations, landing pages, and internal sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with Managers and Solution Marketers to support go-to-market planning, performance tracking, and campaign reporting.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
Continuously support the evolution and improvement of marketing processes and tools used for solution promotion.

Completed studies in related field
Strong communication skills in English as well as a high customer orientation

Marketing tools: office package, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas, Google ads, Linkedin ads.
Knowledge in supply chain management is an advantage
