As a vital part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative software solutions, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and ensuring efficient code performance. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting application issues and collaborating with operations, functional, and technical teams to resolve them effectively.

Role Responsibilities

• Leverage strong technical skills to assess business needs and deliver innovative, effective solutions aligned with emerging technology standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers across geographically distributed development centers.

• Apply Agile methodologies and adhere to the Definition of Done (DoD) process to ensure high-quality deliverables, maintaining 80% unit test coverage and 70% integration test coverage.

• Architect, design, and implement complex, multi-tiered distributed software systems across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Develop in-depth technical and domain expertise to solve challenging product issues.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

• Estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and lead application rollouts with cross-functional impact.

• Provide engineering support during releases and assist in troubleshooting.

• Mentor and coach junior associates to foster growth and development within the team.

Role Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, XML, web technologies, and web services.

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, OOP principles, and object-oriented analysis/design (OOA/D).

• Knowledge of AWS/Cloud technologies.

• Proven ability to assess business needs and deliver creative, compliant solutions in line with emerging tech standards.

• Strong teamwork, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities.

• Experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks, and a solid grasp of testing best practices.
