🚀 The Adventure Ahead

As an Associate Solution Deployment Manager, you'll manage the onboarding and service engagement phases for multiple SMB customers on the Docebo platform. Sitting at the intersection of Project Management and Business Analysis, you'll ensure customers are successfully and efficiently onboarded, working closely with Help Desk Specialists and Customer Account Managers across every phase of the customer journey. This is a high energy, fast paced environment, so comfort with the demanding pace and multi-tasking is essential.


📅 The Day-to-Day
  • Manage customers across different countries, running multiple projects concurrently

  • Work with customers to identify and document Success Criteria, tracked throughout the Service Engagement

  • Develop and monitor implementation schedules (functional, customization, and integration/technical) to meet client objectives

  • Document and share Service Engagement activities to ensure alignment across Customer Success departments

  • Facilitate development of functional and technical specifications to meet client requirements during implementation

  • May configure functional/technical specifications directly to meet client needs

  • Identify, quantify, and communicate risks internally and externally

  • Manage ongoing implementation and project documentation, keeping projects within utilization and budget targets

⚡ What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in IT service implementation, technical consulting, or project management, ideally with Mid Market clients

  • Working knowledge of project management principles and the software implementation lifecycle

  • Strong understanding of ETL-style data migration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, mapping, and project tracking

  • Solid understanding of application programming and system design

  • A strong desire to become a Docebo product expert

  • A natural inclination to solve customer problems and help them succeed

  • Experience working with support, QA, and product teams to resolve customer issues

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish

  • General knowledge of REST Webservices

  • Experience in the E-Learning / Learning Management System space

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
