Associate Solution Consultant

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as an Associate Solution Consultant at FNZ?  

The FNZ Solution Consulting team are a dedicated & focused division within our Delivery function, which provides Platform Consulting services to both new and existing customers. 

As a critical member of the team, you'll immerse yourself in our world, gaining a deep understanding of our applications, our business, and the industry we operate in. You’ll be an all-rounder, providing up to date knowledge, awareness of current trends and future direction of the local wealth management industry, running FNZ Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new platform implementations, plus supporting sales team in winning & sizing new projects.

You’ll be involved in presenting & explaining our capability, defining, and challenging the scope of a project, diving deep into analysis and architecture, liaising with both internal and external customers to create requirements solution designs and target operating models, order management and order flow, platform integration, conduct functional & quality assurance reviews, training, and knowledge transfer services for FNZ customers and much more!

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree qualified First Class or above or equivalent;

• Experience in Finance, IT or project management desirable but not essential;

• Confident, and able to take initiative given client and delivery focused environment;

• Independent, self-directing and delivery focused working style;

• Superior analytical thinking;

• Commercially aware;

• Intermediate computer skills essential;

• Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills;

• Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients; Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
