What You’ll Be Doing
Support validation and quality assurance activities for eCOA software products in accordance with established SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews, test execution, and test witnessing within an Agile development environment.
Review product requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and related documentation to support comprehensive test coverage.
Assist in planning test efforts and identifying testing scope based on project requirements and release schedules.
Execute manual and automated test cases, document results, and maintain testing evidence in accordance with quality procedures.
Collaborate with software engineers, quality assurance team members, database administrators, and system administrators to investigate and resolve testing issues.
Support defect identification, documentation, tracking, and verification activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Assist with troubleshooting test failures across multiple testing environments.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test documentation and validation deliverables.
Ensure timely completion of required training, documentation, and compliance activities.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to a positive team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, validation, or a related technical discipline.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle concepts.
Experience or exposure to manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
Understanding of Agile software development methodologies preferred.
Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, clinical research, or pharmaceutical technology is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, Amazon Web Services (AWS), automation, or DevOps practices is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
