• Required Experience: 1-3 years

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all software is working as intended through rigorous, detailed testing. 

• Proactive in discovering and identifying functionality issues in the game.

• Quickly learn and adapt the standard QA processes to review bugs, test cases, and create documentation. 

• Document, maintain, and track the status of all issues in the bug tracking database (JIRA) until issues are resolved. 

• Verify the accuracy of Live Game events, to ensure they match design and have proper functionality.

• Utilize debug, admin, and external software tools to diagnose, reproduce and identify issues.

• Reproduce issues, when necessary, to assist software development in resolving issues. 

• Communicate with different stakeholders globally.

• Generate status reports, documentation, and other low-level reports for supervisors. 

Required Experience:

• 1-2 years of software testing experience.

• Proficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle

• Execute test scripts and accurately report status of feature and/or game through scripted and adhoc tests

• Ability to juggle a variety of tasks, and work in ambiguity on complex problems.

• Strong technical knowledge of computers/mobile devices and ability to effectively troubleshoot computers/mobile devices.

• Experience in writing test scenarios, executing test cases and defect logging

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Experience: 

• Hands on experience in QTest and JIRA

• Game Testing experience

• Web/Mobile testing experience

• Good to have experience of working on production incidents

• Experience within a highly collaborative environment working with various disciplines including engineering, design, and art.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
