Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Associate Software Project Manager to support and manage technical projects, facilitate client customizations, assist in optimizing current systems and processes, and contribute to server-side operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and deployment of technical projects.
- Track project timelines, resources, and progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior project managers and stakeholders.
Client Customizations:
- Work with clients to understand and document customization requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement client-specific needs accurately.
System & Process Improvement:
- Identify areas of inefficiency in workflows or systems and propose improvements.
- Assist in initiatives to enhance system performance and usability.
Traffic Handling & Server Management:
- Monitor system traffic and assist in ensuring optimal performance during peak loads.
- Support the resolution of server-side issues to minimize downtime.
Deployment Coordination:
- Assist in monitoring deployment activities in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Help ensure deployment processes are secure, smooth, and timely.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between project management, development, and DevOps teams.
- Facilitate clear communication to ensure system stability and team alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with server-side technologies and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of traffic management and system optimization.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including DevOps and development teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
