Reporting to the [Nikhil Thakre], the Associate Software Engineer designs, develops, analyzes, and maintains high-quality software product applications. This position is located in [Pune].

What will Candidate contribute?
- This resource will be part of US-Hosted Payments group and responsible for deliverable for Us hosted payment product and Dev support to P2go team.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Requirements , Detail design document creation, Coding Unit testing/Unit test case creation/, Bug fixing, Issue recreation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issue in payments flow.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ with windows platform.
- Analyze and understand existing software architecture and codebase.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize software performance.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop understanding of Product functionality & payment by referring documents and taking help of team member & Debugging code also.
- Need to provide Qa support.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ready to Work in diffrent time zone.
Requirements:
- Should have more than 1 years of Software Development and lifecycle experience with a strong focus on C++, STL, Windows, and SQL (Oracle as Database).
- Ability to read code and develop understanding of existing functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues by analyzing logs/traces.
- Experience in multithreading.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex software systems.
- Experience with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
